The VP of East Market Operations is responsible for operational performance and partner-level P&Ls across multiple markets and states, driving strategic execution and partnership in a value-based healthcare model.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration.
• 10+ years experience in healthcare services with leadership roles.
• Experience in Value Based Care.
• Understanding of Business Continuity processes.
• Ability to develop talent and leverage team strengths.
• Expertise in building trust and meaningful relationships.
• Instrumental in market expansion and financial performance.
• Results-driven leader with a focus on operational scaling.
