Director of Clinical Quality - Remote

Overview

The Director of Clinical Quality will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of clinical programs across Equip’s Care Delivery function, overseeing protocol adherence, and driving data reporting and monitoring.

In Short

• Oversee implementation of clinical protocols across departments.
• Own clinical quality improvement processes.
• Collaborate with Data & Insights team to track clinical quality metrics.
• Lead initiatives to improve protocol adherence.
• Ensure alignment between clinical quality initiatives and organizational objectives.
• Work with various teams to evaluate and iterate on programs.
• Contribute to strategic planning for clinical quality metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program development or operations.
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience implementing complex programs.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
