The Inside Sales Representative at CDK Global will develop relationships with customers to maximize their CRM, generate leads, and support dealers in increasing sales and gross profit.

  • Develop relationships with customers to maximize CRM usage.
  • Generate leads and create new sales opportunities.
  • Support marketing plans for dealers.
  • Work with Call Center, Graphic Design, and Data teams.
  • Become a subject matter expert in Call Center and Email Marketing solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage pipeline and client interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Engage continually with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and adaptation.

Requirements

  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to sell, negotiate, persuade, and influence.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS technology sales.
  • Advanced time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Automotive experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of database/equity mining is a plus.
