Overview

The Associate Technical Support Analyst provides primary support to customers encountering problems using CDK’s products and solutions, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries through various communication channels.

  • Remote position based in the USA.
  • Supports customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Documents customer information and recurring technical issues.
  • Troubleshoots software application problems.
  • Creates case logs and follows up on issues.
  • Assesses issues and guides clients to resolution.
  • Stays updated on internal processes and industry developments.
  • Works in a team environment.
  • Provides ad hoc support as assigned.
  • 1 year of technical support experience preferred.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Windows and iOS environments.
  • Knowledge of mobile devices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Clarify or Remedy.
  • PC certifications (A+, MCDST, or MCST) preferred.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual in French or Spanish is preferred.
