Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Director of Sales with deep experience in healthcare technology and SaaS sales, particularly in selling into large employers (1,000+ employees).

In Short

  • Remote position with preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones.
  • Drive new business sales across a multi-state region focused on large employers.
  • Manage a robust pipeline and lead opportunities through a consultative sales process.
  • Consistently exceed quota through high-impact prospecting and solution selling.
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy leveraging relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of company healthcare solutions.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with benefits consultants and other influencers.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and regular pipeline reporting to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events as a thought leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of successful sales experience in healthcare technology or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in selling healthcare navigation or related solutions.
  • Strong relationships with benefit consultants and ecosystem partners.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles of 6-12+ months.
  • Knowledge of healthcare benefits trends and employer-sponsored strategies.
  • Experience working with TPAs, carriers, and digital health vendors.
