In Short

• Analyze, interpret, and visualize data across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product.
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports across HubSpot and related systems.
• Translate raw data into actionable insights for executives and teams.
• Partner with Marketing to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Support Sales Development with pipeline analytics and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to track adoption and retention.
• Ensure data accuracy and recommend process improvements.
• Identify indicators of customer health and company performance.
• Deliver insights that influence customer experience initiatives.
• Present findings to leadership clearly and concisely.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or RevOps Analyst, preferably in SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot reporting and lifecycle analytics.
• Familiarity with Customer Success Platforms such as ChurnZero.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work ET or CT hours.
• Strong communicator who can effectively present data insights.
• Self-motivated and interested in learning.
