  • Establish and manage communities for customers.
  • Produce and moderate engaging multimedia content.
  • Develop events and activities to foster member engagement.
  • Address community inquiries and share insights with internal teams.
  • Identify and cultivate key advocates within the community.
  • Devise strategies to effectively communicate and engage with customers.
  • Drive review activity on peer review sites.
  • Innovate initiatives to enhance community impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a community manager or similar role.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Track record of planning successful community initiatives.
  • Ability to monitor relevant community KPIs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management.
  • 3+ years in a similar role within growth-stage B2B SaaS environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
