Overview

Casebook PBC is seeking a Data Analyst who will play a key role in advancing our mission to build technology to accelerate the end of poverty. This individual will analyze, interpret, and visualize data across various departments to ensure actionable insights for informed decision-making.

• Analyze and visualize data across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product.
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track performance metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy and recommend process improvements.
• Deliver insights that influence customer experience and product development.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work ET or CT hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot reporting and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Customer Success Platforms like ChurnZero.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
