Data Analyst - Revenue Operations - Remote

Overview

We are hiring a Data Analyst focused on lead enrichment, automation, and CRM data operations to support the Revenue and RevOps teams by ensuring our CRM is clean, structured, and continuously enriched with high-quality prospect data.

In Short

• Identify and enrich leads using various tools.
• Execute targeted enrichment campaigns.
• Maintain CRM hygiene through data deduplication and enrichment.
• Ensure integration and sync between enrichment sources and CRM.
• Analyze lead data quality and campaign outcomes.
• Identify trends to refine targeting and strategies.
• Document workflows and process changes.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to align data strategy.
• Communicate across EU and US time zones.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems.
• Solid proficiency in spreadsheets.
• Fluent in English.
• Working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with HubSpot workflows and automation.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or retail tech environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with enrichment tools.
