Revenue Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in supporting revenue growth and operational efficiency across our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you will leverage Salesforce expertise, analytics, and process knowledge to ensure data accuracy, streamline workflows, and provide insights that empower better decision-making.

In Short

• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
• Perform data pulls and analyses to identify trends and forecast revenue.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success on quota attainment.
• Support Salesforce CRM reporting and ensure strong data hygiene.
• Help manage integrations with HubSpot, Groove, and other tools.
• Assist in identifying bottlenecks in the lead-to-close process.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on workflows.
• Provide reporting support for QBRs and board decks.
• Train end users on dashboards and reporting best practices.
• Manage RevOps requests and smaller enhancements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations or related role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; exposure to BI tools a plus.
• Familiarity with GTM tools such as HubSpot and Groove preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
