Overview

As a Senior Data Engineer at Casebook PBC, you will lead the maintenance, update, and optimization of PostgreSQL and Redshift for a large microservices Cloud native system, focusing on data modeling, pipeline design, and quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with highly normalized and distributed datasets.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to balance goals.
• Solid experience with ETL design and multiple databases.
• Experience with metadata definition and maintenance.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with system development life cycle and project management.
• Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS.
• Proficient in data analysis using Python, R, or Scala.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
