In Short

• Lead efforts in growing and nurturing the Qdrant community across various platforms.
• Be the voice and bridge between Qdrant and its users.
• Build relationships and address feedback from the community.
• Manage and grow Qdrant's social media presence.
• Organize community calls, AMAs, and other engagement initiatives.
• Monitor online discussions and respond to community questions.
• Advocate for community needs within the product and engineering teams.
• Identify and support power users and contributors in the community.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to share updates.
• Foster a welcoming environment for developers and data scientists.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of ML concepts and vector databases.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing technical communities or developer relations.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English.
• Experience with open-source communities is a plus.
• Familiarity with Qdrant or similar technologies is a plus.
• Ability to create technical content such as tutorials or videos.
