Community Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Community Manager to join the Risk Labs team. You’ll work in collaboration with our marketing team and alongside another experienced Community Manager, serving as the bridge between our core team and the UMA and Across Protocol communities.

In Short

• Manage community platforms like Discord and Telegram.
• Maintain a strong support presence for users.
• Organize community events to deepen connections.
• Lead community growth campaigns across social media.
• Engage with users to foster loyalty and advocacy.
• Coordinate a team of moderators and contributors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of related work experience required.
• Experience managing messaging platforms like Discord or Telegram.
• Deep understanding of DAO culture and governance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong resourcefulness and attention to detail.
• Ability to showcase positive energy and empathy.
• Familiarity with DeFi and blockchain technologies is a plus.
