Overview

The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a property, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing staff, and achieving financial and operational goals.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical capability to perform property inspections.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and vendor management.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
