Overview

The Community Manager is responsible for maintaining, curating, and analyzing a brand's social media presence, focusing on a major online retailer’s social accounts.

Requirements

• 2+ years in community/social media management.
• Familiarity with Airtable and Sprinklr.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Exposure to organic social work.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Great interpersonal and listening skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong client-facing skills.
