RevOps Analyst - Remote

Overview

Veriff is actively hiring its founding RevOps Analyst for its São Paulo office in Brazil!

In Short

• Act as a primary contact and subject matter expert for Quote/Order Form creation and contract requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address concerns related to non-standard deal structures.
• Monitor deals from quote creation to closure in Salesforce for data accuracy.
• Provide support to GTM team members for customer acquisition and retention.
• Conduct Data Quality checks to ensure CRM data integrity.
• Assist RevOps teams with special projects like data cleansing and process improvement.
• 1-3 years of experience in a RevOps or similar role.
• Excellent spreadsheet skills and understanding of sales processes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and CPQ tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and diligent.
• Ability to see the bigger picture.
• Knowledge of contract management and order processing.
• Experience with CRM and CPQ software.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Configuration and HubSpot is a plus.
• Trilingual in English/Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
