Overview

We’re looking for a multi-skilled Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Finance function reporting to the Head of FP&A. The ideal candidate for this role has a combination of strong skills in Salesforce administration, sales operations, billing, and reporting. This role ensures accurate revenue processes, efficient system management, and financial integrity while supporting key business operations. We are looking for someone that has a blend of technical and analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

In Short

• Act as the primary Salesforce Admin
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and custom objects
• Support the sales team with deal structuring and commission tracking
• Ensure timely billing for all enterprise customers
• Utilize Stripe’s reporting tools for revenue data analysis
• Assist in preparing revenue-related journal entries
• Ensure revenue recognition aligns with company policies
• Monitor payment statuses and follow up on overdue accounts
• 2-3 years in sales operations or billing roles
• Proficiency in CRM systems and billing platforms

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years in sales operations, billing, or accounts receivable roles
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Familiarity with revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
