Overview

The Customer Success Operations Analyst will support the VP of Customer Success by building and iterating on operational infrastructure to enhance growth and retention at CARTO, a leading Location Intelligence platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Operations or Customer Success Operations in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Customer Success Platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Success principles and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive project management.
