The State & Local Account Executive will manage the full life cycle of CARTO’s US State & Local Government practice, focusing on business development, relationship management, and sales strategy to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS geospatial and analytics products.
  • Knowledge of contracting vehicles and relationships with key channels.
  • Technical inclination towards cloud-native and analytics platforms.
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills.
  • Contacts within Public Sector teams at major cloud providers is a plus.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Self-motivated with a positive mindset.
  • Curious and eager to succeed.
