Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success or operations role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience using ChurnZero or a similar customer success platform.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience as a CSM is a plus.
