As a Customer Success Operations Analyst at Varicent, you will play a crucial role in analyzing customer data and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Manage and optimize the ChurnZero platform for customer interactions.
  • Analyze customer data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance retention strategies.
  • Develop reports and dashboards for key customer success metrics.
  • Conduct reviews of customer accounts to identify churn risks.
  • Provide insights based on data analysis and customer feedback.
  • Assist in implementing new customer success initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in customer success operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or operations.
  • Experience with ChurnZero or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager is a plus.
