Overview

As a Customer Success Operations Analyst at Mitratech, you will support the leadership team to improve customer experience, retention, and revenue through data-driven decisions and technologies.

  • Prepare and maintain reports on key metrics like retention and customer feedback.
  • Update documentation and playbooks for team resources.
  • Manage customer data to ensure accuracy across systems.

  • Support M&A functions by scheduling calls and trainings.

Requirements

  • Junior Level – 1+ years experience in RevOps or SalesOps.
  • Systems and process mindset; comfortable with technology.
  • Ability to execute with a project management mindset.
  • Motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with data and spreadsheets.
  • Strong organization and analytical skills.
