Carrot Fertility is seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to support our rapidly growing sales team in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

In Short

• Own and analyze sales data to track pipeline trends and key performance metrics.
• Enhance forecasting accuracy and refine methods for predictable revenue outcomes.
• Develop and maintain dynamic Salesforce dashboards and reports.
• Conduct win/loss analysis to refine sales strategies and identify coaching opportunities.
• Optimize sales team performance with targeted training recommendations.
• Support compensation and pricing analysis to ensure commission accuracy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including reports and dashboards.
• Experience with sales analytics and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
