Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an engineering management capacity.
• 2+ years of experience as a Staff or Lead-level engineer with full-stack responsibilities.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial systems.
• Strong technical skills across backend development and systems design.
• Experience integrating with SaaS-based financial tools.
• Ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity.
• Comfortable interfacing across an organization.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of diverse engineering competencies.
