Overview

The Sales Leader for VRF will drive business growth and achieve sales targets for Residential & Light Commercial and Variable Refrigerant Flow product lines in the Karnataka region.

In Short

  • Responsible for driving RLC and VRF sales across Karnataka.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with consultants, architects, and developers.
  • Manage a dealer/distributor network across the region.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Engineers.
  • Engage with large local accounts and institutional customers.
  • Track competitor activities and market movements.
  • Provide input on product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Forecast demand and assist in inventory planning.
