Overview

The Transitional Residential Program Manager is responsible for the operational and personnel management of the DCFS Fontebella Program and the Emergency Shelter Program, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and providing effective leadership.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in social/human services or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant management experience.
• Knowledge of administrative and management principles.
• Ability to implement trauma-informed care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
• Must meet QMHP criteria in Illinois.
• Experience in behavioral health programs preferred.
