Overview

As a Program RN for Caritas Family Solutions, you will provide compassionate nursing care to residents in the CILA program, ensuring their overall well-being while working alongside a supportive team.

In Short

• Provide nursing care to residents in the CILA program.
• Train staff in medication administration and resident care.
• Monitor and oversee medication compliance.
• Communicate with physicians and pharmacies.
• Manage digital medical files and medication tracking.
• Participate in management team meetings.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and documentation.
• Administer medications as required.
• Track medication errors and create reports.
• Work under the supervision of the Director of CILA Operations.

Requirements

• Licensed RN in the State of Illinois.
• Minimum 1-year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and biology.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Willingness to adopt trauma-informed care principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and database management.
• Ability to monitor and assess performance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
