Intact Family Support Professional - Remote

Overview

The Intact Family Support Professional will work with families to provide in-home services aimed at strengthening family units and preventing foster care placements.

• Provide intensive in-home services to families.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
• 0-6 months of case management experience preferred.
• Life Coach Certification preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in high-risk neighborhoods.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Knowledge of community resources.
• Understanding of behavioral and mental health principles.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
