Overview

The Sponsored Residential DSP provides services to adults with developmental disabilities in the sponsor DSP’s home, ensuring compliance with licensing and human rights regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months previous direct support experience required.
• Ability to follow service requirements and manage time.
• Experience with First-Aid and behavior management.
• Skills in communication and documentation.
• Proficient typing and computer skills.
• Ability to drive individuals as needed.
• Must maintain required certifications.
• Respect for human rights of residents.
• Demonstrated ability to improve residents' health and wellness.
