Registered Nurse - Remote

Overview

The Registered Nurse provides nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention and evaluations. The Registered Nurse carries out tasks as directed by the medical provider and serves as a resource to other clinical staff.

• Oversees Point of Care schedule and testing.
• Coordinates Chronic Care Management services.

• Documents all activities in medical records.
• Acts as patient advocate.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and responds to emergencies.

Requirements

• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
• BLS certification and current Oregon State Nursing License.
• Experience in acute care and chronic disease management preferred.
