Licensed Practical Nurse - Remote

Overview

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care to patients by carrying out tasks as directed by the medical provider. The LPN will provide case management and medical services, as appropriate with their license. They will work as a liaison between the patient and provider to resolve care concerns as they arise and to provide healthcare and education to the patient as indicated.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Must be BLS certified.
• Must hold a current Oregon State Nursing License.
• Two years of acute care nursing preferred.
• Experience with Chronic Disease Management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Maintain punctual attendance.
