Overview

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at DaVita, you will provide care for chronic dialysis patients, with opportunities for growth and training in the field.

In Short

• Provide patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Cannulate patients for hemodialysis.

Requirements

• Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR and IV certifications as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Training program completion as per CMS guidelines.
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred.
• Ability to document and comply with policies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to seek guidance when necessary.
