In Short

  • Lead execution of strategic initiatives and ensure effective implementation.
  • Bridge internal teams to drive and accelerate companywide strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with IT, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and Finance teams.
  • Identify opportunities for transformational efficiency improvement.
  • Develop and present business cases to secure executive buy-in.
  • Manage and deliver complex SaaS transformation programs.
  • Mitigate risks and resolve issues during transformation processes.
  • Drive business outcomes through data-driven recommendations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
  • Engage with C-suite for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in GTM business strategy and operations.
  • Excellent understanding of SaaS business models and processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and back-office systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Ability to translate complex problems into manageable programs.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred.
