Family Finding and Recruitment Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Family Finding and Recruitment Specialist will support the foster care team by finding and engaging family members, recruiting and supporting new foster placements, and engaging in the CFTM process to stabilize youth and find/maintain family contact, placement stability, and permanency for our youth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct research and utilize multiple databases.
• Experience in child welfare or social services is preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and social media.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Entry-level position; no prior experience necessary.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
