  • Professional fluency in English (C1+).
  • Experience with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).
  • Customer service experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
  • Metrics-driven with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with modern tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce.
  • Availability for rotating schedules (Monday to Sunday, 7 AM to 10 PM).
