Web Experience Manager - Remote

Overview

Gloo is searching for a Web Experience Manager who lives at the intersection of digital strategy, user experience, and performance optimization. This role will own the web presence for Gloo - managing our sites and landing pages end-to-end to ensure they’re fast, intuitive, accessible, and conversion-ready.

• Own Gloo websites and public-facing web assets.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years experience managing websites.
• Curiosity about AI-powered platforms.
• Proven track record of improving web performance metrics.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO tools.
• Experience with managing high-traffic websites.
• Understanding of content hierarchy and UX principles.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
