Overview

Join our growing FinTech sales team as a German-Speaking Sales Executive and help businesses transform the way they handle digital payments.

In Short

  • Proactively contact existing clients to upsell new FinTech and payment solutions.
  • Manage a high volume of calls and emails across daily outreach activities.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline (200+ opportunities) and automated outreach campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to the Operations Team Leader.
  • Conduct self-prospecting and eCommerce research when needed.
  • Handle account administration, data entry, and CRM updates with precision.
  • Deliver consultative, solution-based sales conversations.
  • Support clients with onboarding and integration processes.
  • Uphold compliance and quality standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Professionally fluent German, with strong English communication skills (C1+).
  • Experience in call center sales or upselling in customer-facing roles.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Target-driven mindset and a strong sense of ownership over results.
  • Confident, outgoing communicator both verbal and written.
  • Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office proficiency required).
  • Stable broadband connection and a productive home workspace.
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM.
