Overview

CaptivateIQ is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive technical wins in our B2B SaaS sales cycles, partnering with Sales on discovery, demos, and deal strategy while collaborating with Product and Engineering.

In Short

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a Solutions Engineer or equivalent.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of complex systems.
  • Experience with system integrations, including CRMs and ERPs.
  • Ability to deliver tailored demos that convey business value.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional team experience.
  • Self-starter mentality thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel 1–2 times per quarter.
