In Short

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the Business Planning initiative, Catalyst.
  • Own the product vision & strategy for Business Planning, setting direction across the company.
  • Partner with design and engineering to define the MVP and iterate with early adopters.
  • Recruit and manage design partners and build deep customer relationships.
  • Drive roadmap & execution from strategic goals through feature delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a successful go-to-market motion.
  • Conduct discovery, research, and competitive analysis to shape high-value solutions.
  • Position CaptivateIQ as a modern alternative to legacy BPM vendors.
  • Act as a thought leader in planning and BPM, representing CaptivateIQ in forums.
  • Mentor and model excellence for developing PMs.

Requirements

  • 6–14+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven zero-to-one track record in leading the creation and launch of new products.
  • Strong background in data-heavy domains like BI, forecasting, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with BPM, FP&A, or GTM planning tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive go-to-market strategy with internal teams.
  • Excellent communicator with executive presence.
  • Customer-obsessed and intellectually curious.
  • Mentorship mindset for coaching early career PMs.
  • Thrives in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments.
  • U.S. based, remote role (all time zones supported).
