Overview

The Lead Product Manager will oversee the development and management of software solutions for the Department of Defense, requiring an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance. This role is integral to ensuring product alignment with DoD needs and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in relevant military roles or 5+ years in product management within the DoD.
• Familiarity with Combatant Command and Operational Command structures.
• Experience with classified killchains and tactical software systems.
• Proven track record in software product development for DoD.
• Ability to work with DoD stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
