In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Act as an advocate for clients within the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align efforts.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding growth targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
