Software Engineer Level II - Remote

In Short

• Design and implement prototypes and proof-of-concepts for new technologies.
• Analyze benefits and risks in implementing new solutions.
• Provide development support for technology adoption.
• Work closely with teams to build functional systems.
• Develop general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
• Design or customize software for client use.
• May analyze and design databases within an application area.
• May mentor and supervise software developers.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5-8+ years of experience.
• Software development experience using Java, JavaScript, Python, ReactJS, Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or related languages.
• Knowledge of front-end and back-end languages.
• Familiarity with databases and web servers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new projects and technologies.
