Overview

As a People Data Scientist at Canva, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, managing large volumes of data to help our colleagues make Canva run, scale, and grow.

Requirements

• Strong SQL and data wrangling skills.
• Experience with Snowflake or Redshift.
• Ability to build reporting dashboards using Looker or Tableau.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Experience with ERPs like Workday is a nice to have.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Hands-on experience using AI to drive impact.
