In Short

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas on net new business
  • Build and grow a robust pipeline by actively prospecting and engaging with leads
  • Manage pipeline, leads, opportunity creation, forecasting, and all other sales activity via Salesforce.com
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Gain a thorough knowledge of Canto products and competition
  • Articulate business value, ROI, and technical benefits of Canto's solution
  • Accurately forecast committed business and upside opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of closing experience with a proven track record as a top sales performer
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
  • Ability to grow your pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Experience and training in a proven sales methodology
  • Experience with the BANT Framework
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiating skills
  • Driven, self-starter type with strong leadership and hunting skills
  • Excellent technical aptitude
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
