Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 20 years of experience in strategic growth and market leadership.
• Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and develop accountable teams.
• Proven business acumen and strategic execution skills.
• Professional maturity and sound judgment.
• Additional certifications preferred.
