Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in the Mental/Behavioral Health Market.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
• Experience in client leadership and relationship management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Business acumen and strategic execution ability.
• Ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
• Some travel required.
