Design and launch personalized outbound campaigns targeting TA leaders
Own the content engine, creating webinars and blog articles
Implement AI tools for scalable prospecting and onboarding systems
Optimize the GTM stack with tools like Hubspot and Zapier
Set up A/B tests and track performance metrics
Monitor key GTM metrics for smarter decision-making
Evaluate and integrate new AI tools into workflows
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams

Requirements

2+ years in Sales Ops, Growth, or RevOps roles
A builder mindset with problem-solving skills
Experience in startup or SMB tech environments
Curiosity for emerging AI tools
Hands-on experience with outbound campaigns
Strong understanding of CRMs and marketing automation
Experience with SEO and LLM SEO
Bonus for experience with tools like Clay and Notion
