Canary Technologies is seeking a proactive and driven Customer Success Manager to ensure client success and expand the company’s presence in the EMEA region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in onboarding clients through technical challenges.
  • Experience managing accounts with annual contract values between $20K–$100K.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset for client needs assessment.
  • Collaborative nature for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Confidence and charisma to drive growth.
  • Proficiency with technology and adaptability.
