Overview

As a Deel IT Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding, growing, and ensuring the success and satisfaction of Deel IT customers, focused on improving retention and contributing to the overall company revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer/client success role.
  • Experience managing a complex B2B SaaS product.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and presentation communication skills.
