Technical Product Specialist – EMEA - Remote

Canary Technologies is changing the game for hotels with modern software powered by Canary's hospitality-specific AI platform. We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist to join our dynamic EMEA Sales team, acting as a technical liaison to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.

In Short

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks in onboarding.
• Work with customers’ IT and operations teams.
• Provide technical insight during sales calls.
• Assist in answering technical RFPs.
• Act as the technical point of contact.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Create implementation guides and FAQs.
• Support a commercial or pre-sales function.
• Work independently in a remote-friendly environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical product or solutions engineering role.
• Strong understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
